I've had a few requests recently for family favorite recipes made with our products. I'm so excited that you want to hear about these because these are the foods I feed my own family for our health (not to mention they just taste amazing)! I'm a little embarrassed to even call this one a "recipe" since its so uber-simple, but my family and I eat this multiple times a week. Its crisp, refreshing, tart, sweet, easy to throw together, and just the perfect side dish to balance out any of our grilled meats. I don't know about you, but I'm too dang busy to fuss with fancy weeknight dinners, and it literally can't get any easier than this!

Its hard, dusty, and simply dead. Soil on the other hand, is what your granny planted her garden in. Its rich, airy, teeming with life, and the perfect medium to cultivate life. When we started farming our newest property, it was definitely leaning more on the "dirt" side of the scale. We're doing everything in our power to regrow topsoil and generally improve the quality of the land. How do we even begin with such a huge undertaking? Well, everything on a regenerative farm begins with Cover Crop.

As we're all sitting here in our little home bubbles, bathing in antibacterial hand sanitizer, we're all brainstorming ways to bolster our own internal viral fighters (our immune systems). The food we consume daily is one of the most powerful things we can do that has a direct effect on our health. One regular in my family's arsenal of proactive defenses is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished pasture-raised Bone Broth.
