12 ounce jar beef bone broth, 100% pasture-raised, grass-fed and finished on our farm.
Bone broth is super healing, nutrient-dense and super delicious. Made with our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished local pasture-raised (in Brighton) beef bones. Use it for soups, stews, add to pastas or just drink it straight up for a satiating snack. You'll notice a separate layer on top of the broth. This is tallow (beef fat) and is chock full of highly antioxidant conjugated linoleum acid (CLA). I like to leave it on and just stir it in. You can remove the "fat cap" if you prefer. Our broth is very minimally salted to maintain its versatility. If you drink it plain, you may wish to season to your taste buds.
We pressure cook our bone broth for 2 hours, which allows us to extract all of the healing collagen and minerals from the bones in a shorter cook time, resulting in a lower histamine broth for our friends with Mast Cell Activation Syndrom or other histamine intolerances.
