Some studies have shown that broccoli microgreens contain up to 50 times more phytonutrients than full-grown broccoli, so a little goes a long way in keeping you healthy. They're quite mild and easy to toss a handful onto just about anything you're eating. All the benefits and none of the prep work.

-Never treated or sprayed with anything other than water.

-Delicious on top of burgers, pizza, pasta, soups/stews, salads, omelets, juiced, eaten by the handful or blended into smoothies.
*Store in the fridge in the package they arrive in. For extended life, decant into an airtight bin in your fridge. They like the be fluffed up and aired out every couple of days to keep them from compacting. Broccoli microgreens can keep up to a couple of weeks in the fridge.
