Our beef is 100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished and entirely pasture grazed on our Idaho farm (Malta to be exact). It has been dry-aged which creates an intensely flavorful and tender cut. It is lean, delicious, and has Omega-3 fatty acids CLA's (conjugated linoleic acid), which may help maintain cell integrity. Because grass-fed beef is so lean, it's important NOT to overcook it (it's best cooked to a lower temperature than conventional beef).
Our beef is:
-100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished, meaning they only eat grass and forage from weaning until harvest.
-100% Pasture-Raised. They are raised only on pasture without confinement to feedlots.
-Rotated Daily. They are rotated to fresh pasture daily to ensure a consistent supply of fresh forage.
-Never Given Antibiotics or Hormones. Our animals are never treated with antibiotics or growth hormones.
-Raised on our Idaho Farm.
